It was fairly clean place, staff were polite and welcoming, and I liked my modern room. The place had a family atmosphere. Good location, the public parking was available. Had lunch/dinner at Metropol Restaurant, which I found at a moderate distance from the hotel...

Location right by a day's skiing, beautiful Saas-Fee and the mountain. For shots visit Chalet, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

So many fun activities for children, like feeding marmots and healthy workshops. The Swiss charm of Saas-Fee is a hit. The wine journey with the sommelier was exquisite and the private ski cabin was a relief.
Dinner didn't reach my high expectations. Really? !

Modern bathrooms!
A safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Stunning, marvellous location in Saas-Fee, short walk to own electric cart / taxi, Saas-Fee for a weekend ski-trip, and the bus stations. Delicious food in the Michelin-starred restaurant in the vicinity;)))

Had an amazing romantic escape with my partner. Loved the in-room amenities that were provided and the cozy atmosphere of the room. Location was perfect for a ski trip, just a short walk from the lifts and shuttle service was available. The spa was a real highlight, with fantastic facilities and treatments on offer.
The restaurant service was quite slow and we had to wait a long time to be seated, which put a damper on the evening. the ski lockers were not proportionate to the number of guests staying in each room, causing some inconvenience.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional and our room was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes, and the staff treated us like royalty.
The breakfast offerings could use a little more variety.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the slopes, allowing for easy access for those eager to hit the mountains. the hotel partners with a nearby ski rental, providing a hassle-free experience. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond by calling bus stations for updates and ensuring guests are comfortable during unforeseen weather events. The rooms are cozy and feature convenient amenities, such as tea, Nespresso machines, and a refreshing view.
One small inconvenience was the distance between the lobby and rooms, which required taking two elevators.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The rooms were spacious and luxurious with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The service was impeccable, and their Spa & wellness centre was truly magnificent with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi. The sun terrace and garden area made for a relaxing atmosphere and provided a perfect location advantage.
The only minor issue was with the restaurant. Although the breakfast was delicious, the dinner was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's standards.
